Grateful Dead: Truckin'
Up To Buffalo is the latest in the Grateful Dead's successful series of
concert DVD releases, produced by Grateful Dead Productions.
This latest DVD presents
the complete concert from Buffalo's Rich Stadium on July 4, 1989, with
the image taken from the master 1" video tape, shot with four cameras,
and featuring an outstanding new 5.1 and stereo mix produced from the
master multi-track tapes.
The nearly three hour
concert, contained on one DVD, features such Grateful Dead concert highlights
as "Touch of Grey," "Morning Dew," "All Along The Watchtower," "Deal,"
"Terrapin Station" and the quintessential Fourth of July song, "U.S. Blues."
With the entire band
in peak musical form, this is one of the finest shows from what is arguably
the Grateful Dead's most inspired tour of the latter half of their career.
